Katrina certainly had Cat 5 storm surge

Hasn't the post-storm evidence shown that it was a Cat 3 storm surge, and that the flooding was from levee breeches that were lower than overtopping levels? E.g., debris ring levels are below the levee tops.

MS storm surge was not caused by levee breach.

That was in NOLA - but along the Gulf Coast, the surge was higher than Camille's, and for a much longer stretch.
