It's a new home, too! I'm sure they are just pacing the floor where they went, wondering what will happen. His wife is a teacher and she probably worries about all her little students and their families, too! She even had some NO refugees in her class. Poor little guys--thought they'd be safe in Houston!
It went down from this morning from 175mph winds. So I'm wishful thinking, maybe it can downgrade even more. Prayers for all. They are hoping for a little more weakening. Thank God it's not landfall as a 5.
It is very rare but it's my biggest fear, each hurricane season, of getting one here. Catagory 3 would be devastating here.
