"Cry 'Havoc!', and let slip the Dogs of War."

The Romans used to know how to deal with "insurgents."

If I recall my history correctly, "Havoc" to a Roman soldier meant "Take no prisoners and destroy everything."
Since the Romans were very fond of loot, and POWs went on the block at the slave market, this was not something they did lightly.
And the Dogs of War were named Fire, Sword and Famine.

When it comes to Terrorists, I say no prisoners, and 'let the dogs out!'

Well read, sir. They did indeed have plunder as incentive - it often made the difference between surviving a harsh winter or not. My screen name, though, merely reflects a man who reported on the incremental downfall of his nation at the hands of insurgent barbarians. As I see the same happening to America today and his name approximating mine (Tackett)...there you go.

That truly was one of Shakespeare's best. Is it just me or is Patrick Stewart really trying to "own" every classic role on purpose?
