Not really all that scary (unless you know your nose wheel is malfunctioning!!!). In the cockpit, it just means that the pilot(s) keep pulling back on the controls after the main two wheels have touched down, whereas they would normally let the nose wheel down gently.

I checked all the channels and there was nary any coverage about a guy who threatened to blow himself up while in the process of robbing a jewelry store.
Apparently, the jewelry store was not many blocks from a train depot.
There is a thread on it somewhere here.

Has a full load of fuel, trying to get the fuel unloaded over the ocean before attempting the landing. May take quite some time to dump that much fuel. Took something like 40 minutes to an hour to dump enough fuel from a flight from Seattle to Amsterdam to get down to landing weight. Engine blew right after takeoff.
