Has a full load of fuel, trying to get the fuel unloaded over the ocean before attempting the landing. May take quite some time to dump that much fuel.
Took something like 40 minutes to an hour to dump enough fuel from a flight from Seattle to Amsterdam to get down to landing weight. Engine blew right after takeoff.
