I disagree, they will go looking for people to complain about FEMA and lack of help. Trust me after this storm, people willing to complain will be easy to find. over the last couple of weeks CNN is going still trying to find people in La and Miss to complain about FEMA. They won't let up on it, because someone will expect FEMA to be at their door on Sunday morning with 10 gallons of water, food, ice and several thousand dollars and CNN will put them on camera and the NY Times will report it.
Or, it'll be "look they got everything on time but it was because they are white". Can't win. I got $5 says that after the response is above expectations someone'll say it's because the help was going to white people.
