This is a map showing all of the FReepers in the general path of Hurricane Rita who have checked in and stated that they are going to ride it out. Locations are approximate. Please check in and have yourself removed from the map if you do the intelligent thing and bug out before the storm hits.
When the hurricane gets closer, I'll try to post updated maps which show the relectivity radar, satellite images, and such combined with FReeper locations.

That is neat. Is that Lake Houston towards the NE?
Is anymouse evacuating?
Is Hwy 6 in that pic?

My map was focused too far north to see OffMyMeds who is in the direct path of the storm and very near the coast.
OffMyMeds - you need to get the heck out of there.

Hey, Spiff - could you put a couple of markers on the map - one for downtown Houston, and one at West Belt and I-10, or some other point west for reference?

Spiff, you can add me over by OC Steve. I'm right underneath the "C:where the green fields and the grey civilization meet.

Minor correction to my family shown on the map.
My sister is Hwy 6 @ Bellaire.
My son is Fountainview @ Westheimer.
No daughters anywhere...even though I always wanted one.
