I live in Rockport, I think the evacuation starts at 3pm today.
If your suppose to be out by 3 it ain't gunna happen because not many people know about a mandatory evacuation here yet.
..and to think USAToday and CNN were just pushing Rockport as one of the top 10 places to retire in the US. They hate old people! The news media hates old people!

Trains from the Dallas-Fort Worth commuter rail system are currently shuttling down to the coast and loading up people to evac out.
Don't be surprised to see Metro trains from other TX cities getting people out.
