Specter saying he might ask Rummy about this, this afternoon when he goes to Congress to brief them on Iraq..
Unfortunately, that is a CLOSED session...so we won't get to find out if he is asked...
I cannot figure out why Specter keeps bringing up posse comitatus all of the time....
I also keep getting angry listening to this...knowing that this questioning SHOULD have been done by the 9/11 Commission...had they been doing their jobs correctly...
So nobody better believe, after today...that they are innocent in NOT pursuing this line of questioning.

That appeared to be the defense for the actions taken. However, Specter got the DOD guy, Dugan, to admit that Posse Comitatus was not involved, neither in the information collection of information, nor in the destruction of the information.
