Attorney General Alberto R. Gonzales is one sick puppy. He is totally obsessed with putting ADULT pornographers out of business. Ashcroft was a silly prude (the great statue cover-up), but Gonzales has taken the anti-porn crusade to a new level.
You approve of bestiality? Of videotaping rapes that are so real that investigations have been opened in many municipalities to see if someone was actually raped? Videos with people slapped around more than you'd see in a boxing match?
The author of the article was intending on eliciting a reaction just like yours. He was successful.

Ha, well said. Although, hold on a sec, they pay these guys to sit around all day and download porn? Where do I sign up?

"I hear Gonzales is going to push for a "three strokes and you're out" law."
Wouldn't that be a premature motion?

...they pay these guys to sit around all day and download porn?Well, it's a dirty job, but someone has to collect the evidence. After all that porn is downloaded it will have to be carefully analyzed and sent to the AG's office for a final review!

I'm sure that's their stated goal, just to get the funding. I'm also sure they'll end up going after common porn when its all said and done.

Wait, does that mean that the porn industry would be forced to shut down. I think this is utter bullcrap! People have the right to look at whatever they want to look at on the internet. People don't get that this is another attempt by the government to gain control of the internet.

Surely there is something more vital to the national interest that these guys could be doing.

And if FBI agents don't get it the should be fired.

It appears the FBI may be over-funded after all.

Porn can be just as insidious as illegal drugs or any other crime.
Bravo to the FBI for getting it.

This action by the FBI is actually embarrassing. I'd tag it with a Puke Alert.
