Don’t Apologize, Governor Romney!

Radical mosques are the spark lighting the fuse that can kill Americans. That has killed Americans. That will kill more if we let it. Such killing sprees, moreover, are plotted by young, male, Muslim militants who often enter to the United States on student and other visas from places known to sponsor or export terrorism.

None of this is news. But it is cloaked in taboo. Thus, controversy was stoked last week when Mitt Romney, the Massachusetts governor and potential Republican 2008 presidential hopeful, did something that you should never do in this country. Not, at least, if you want to escape the caterwauling of civil liberties extremists and a cacophony of activist Muslim organizations whose knee-jerk approach to "opposing" terror is indignant spewing at every effort made to prevent it.

He told the truth.

This is me:

A goodly chunk of the disapproval contingent is comprised of Bush supporters increasingly worried that the urgent priority of crushing militant Islam has been eclipsed by lesser goals.

Me. Me. Me.

Agreed. Do not apologize. We have people in high levels in our own country saying terrible, terrible things about our President and Condi Rice. Just awful things that no decent human being would say. But, the people who say them are nothing and have not issued any kind of apology. They may think they have b ut they have not.

So for Gov Romney to say what he did in DEFENSE of our United States of America and her citizens he did waht was right and he should not (nor will he) apologize to NO ONE. I don't care how many people call him to say he should. He should NOT. I am CERTAIN he WILL NOT!

Stand by your principles!!!!

Monitoring radical mosques is exactly what we ought to be doing if we want to avoid domestic terror attacks on the United States..

Well, I want that too, but at what price?  The hurt feelings of those that danced on the rooftops on 9-11, that shriek with glee at seeing the beheading of a Daniel Pearl, or dream of staging a bio attack on innocent Americans?  I think not.  I'll perish with a clean conscience and an unmarked P.C. resume, thank you very much.

Islam history is almost 14 centuries of mass murder. That is a fact the no amount of shrieks from C.A.I.R. and its ilk can deny.

Governor Romney speaks a mild version of the truth. Don't allow PC to kill us and western civilization.

SPERRYFILES: THE WAHHABI CORRIDOR

"DAR AL-ARQAM: This non-descript building at 360 S. Washington Street in Falls Church, Va. -- just off Route 7 -- houses a number of tenants ... and the hardcore little mosque Dar al-Arqam, led by cleric Ali al-Timimi, who praised the space shuttle Columbia as a "good omen" for Islam and encouraged several local Muslim men to carry out violent jihad against Americans and Indians abroad. Timimi had been indicted for inciting terrorism."

"Also in the same Skyline office park is the office of the Grand Mufti of the greater Washington area, Mohammed al-Hanooti, who currently leads Friday prayers at the Dar al-Hijrah Islamic Center a couple of miles north on Route 7, a large Saudi-controlled Wahhabi mosque that gave aid and comfort to some of the 9/11 hijackers. Hanooti is an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing and an alleged major Hamas fund-raiser ... It is one big happy Islamist family at Skyline office park."

Englands new anti-terrorism legislation allows the deporting and closing of mosques preeching hatred and inciting violence.

The same should be done here. I agree 110% with this. This crap should not be tollerated on US soil.

We'd all be speaking German right now if Hitler had been clever enough to cloak the realities of Nazi-ism under the PC blanket. The islamists have, unfortunately, learned from Hitler's mistake.

Don't apologize Romney...you're one of the few politicians who actually has the courage to speak the truth and display some good 'ol common sense...common sense that isn't very common these days.

"Gov. Romney suggested that in the ongoing war, we ought to be investigating mosques that preach Islamic militancy and the young men who come to this country from rogue precincts of the Islamic world."

**** OK. Now to make this concept reality. ****

We can wheel and deal with allies. We know they spy on us. We know they spy on our mosques. We need to promise no punishment for sharing that information. We should all but encourage such spying. That's the end-run around privacy rights. It would be illegal to officially reward such spying. So make it un-official. FRegards....

You bet. PC has already done too much damage to this great country. More people like Romney should speak up in defense of our people and our country. But then again...that would take courage.

We should follow England's lead, but use zero tolerance.
I don't,however, condone using the tactics that the radical Islamists use when they encounter an infidel.Beheadings are really not P.C. IMHO.

PC has already done too much damage to this great country.

For example, the "War on Terror" is now the "War on Global Extremism." What complete and utter BS. I think Bush is a great president except for one failing. He has yet to define the war that threatens to destroy Western civilization.

Here is what Carl Clausewitz, the Prussian military philosopher, says about the failure to define the enemy and the battle...

The first, the supreme, the most far-reaching act of judgment that the statesman and the commander have to make is to establish...the kind of war on which they are embarking, neither mistaking it for, nor trying to turn it into, something that is alien to its nature." When policy-makers misstate the true dimensions of the conflict, not only do they mislead the public, but also they incur the risk of believing their own rhetoric, which will seriously impair their ability to defend their societies.

The source for the Clausewitz quote and an excellent article regarding the commonality of Islam, the left, secular Europe, and the Nazi's is at this link...
