I agree Kiefer should have taken home the Emmy. And Boston Legal is a comedy not a drama.
I take you haven't seen "House" or "Deadwood".
Does anyone actually watch Boston Legal?? I thought that ABC took them off the air for about half a season in favor of Grey's Anatomy. And of course, Kiefer should have won.
As for shockers, I'm stunned that Desperate Housewives didn't win the comedy Emmy. It seems like the cast of Lost feels that they're the "ugly stepsisters" over at ABC (ie they don't get the bonuses, etc. that the lovely ladies of Wisteria Lane get), so now they have something to crow about.
