If it does not bother Bill Clinton to lie to a grand jury, why would anyone be surprised with his lying about anything? The man has no shame, and he's proud of his lies. I'm sure he believes everything he says because he's delusional.

I think he's slicker than that. I think Bubba will say anything, anytime, anywhere. It just depends on the situation and the setting(recall him shedding a tear on cue during a WWII funeral). As far a beliefs go, I really don't think he has any. I don't think the man believes in anything at all except the expedience of the moment.
I think he grabs all he can all the time and pays the price, if any, later on by lying his way out of any situation.
