MTP citing a poll that money spent in Iraq should be spent on Katrina relief. Timmy and the MTP roundtable (all libs except for NRO's York are libs I believe) writing W's obituary by listing all the problems Bush has politically and financially. He will surprise them.

It is reassuring to see that the people who are directly affected by Katrina do not blame Bush; they know the truth.

What the media do not understand is that people are sick to death of their negativity and carping. They never say anything positive unless it is referring to Democrats. They are so giddy when they report anything that they think will make GWB look bad, they are practically high five-ing each other, and dancing in the Studio. America has been through so much tragedy in the last several years, and with the 2004 Hurricanes still fresh in peoples minds, and this year already devastating with over two months left to go in the Season, Americans want positive things talked about. They hate the sniping, the hateful tones of voice, the nasty and totally unreasonable attacks on decent people trying to do some good. Gas prices are down, and that is a positive but all the Media can talk about is negative, negative, negative, I can only imagine what it is like to live with people that have so much anger and hate when they are on Television. Republicans need only talk about what great things we can do, how we can overcome great obstacles because we are Americans.
