Frow what I have seen so far....the biggest weenie of the day, should go, once again, to Timmy Russert...

During his intvu with Clinton...he said the spending for Katrina at "over $300 billion"....huh? First of all, Bush hasn't mentioned the $200 billion number yet...and Timmy makes up his own number and acts like "everyone knows" that is how much it will cost....

Clinton of course, comes in as second weenie---too much to name right now...

Another example of instant information demanded today how on earth can we be in a position at this time to even estimate the cost no major surveys of the buildings or the services have been carried out to my knowledge.

$300 billion number must be in the latest Democratic talking points. Was thrown out by a couple of Dem operative on FOX this morning... first time we heard it my husband and I both looked at each other and asked where in the world THAT number came from.
