This is not a theory I subscribe to at all having had one of the best Prime Minister regardless of sex in Mrs Thatcher. Even if you look at the other side I can recall great women such a Barbra Castle and even to a lesser degree Shirley Williams and to come up to date even though I do not like her and her views I have to respect her Claire Short.

Condi Rice would do far more than ball her eyes out during a crisis.I think most people look beyond stereotyping all women, at least I hope they do.
