Classic Clintonian politics. Remember the 1992 promise of a "Middle Class Tax cut"? Repeat the rhetoric of the Right while actually doing NOTHING to implements any solutions. Watch for Hillary to a lot of this, probably on Immigration and spending, while being very careful to actually DO nothing. Unfortunately for Hillary, she is a Senator, so the obvious response by her foes is "And just what legislation have your offered on this Ms Clinton?"
