Every time he opens his mouth you have to wonder who could have voted for this buffoon

The Coast Guard is obviously racist. Not to allow people that could not get out of NO without massive help should be left to wallow for themselves again. That way the dims can blame Bush for letting them back in. The Coast Guard is thinking to small.

He sounds half-drunk most of the time as well.

Who could have voted for this buffoon?
Answer: The people who waited for help to get out of a city?

OK, I know some of them were disabled, and others didn't have cars.

But my burning question is: Just how far did they need to walk in order for people to notice they needed help? Was it half a block, half a mile, a mile? If I HAVE to get out, I'm going to start walking and hope someone notices and helps me. I don't get the impression that these people did that.

Obviously these people, on a regular day-to-day basis got food from somewhere, they walked around SOME to get some of the items, right? How far were they USED to WALKING in order to live on a daily basis? Were they suddenly rendered immobile?
