Garuda does have a frequent flier program, but participation is restricted to Indonesian citizens and foreign residents holding a valid residence card (KITAS).
Yes, they do have a frequent flyer program of which I am a subscriber. They're a better airline than Delta.
I have my frequent flyer card in my wallet next to my Kartu Penduduk (card of residency).
One of the more scary airlines in the world. I flew them once LA to Honolulu to a tiny airport called Biak (we had to get off the 747-200 at 3 am and watch a bunch of island natives with bones and spears dance while the plane was being refueled) and then on to Bali.
Hope they start flying to the US again, this will give them the range to fly LA to Honolulu to Bali or Jakarta without much problem.
