I would have given almost anything(short of actually watching abc) to see the look on Koppel's face when Reynolds passed the baton back to him. I think one of those "Priceless" graphics would add a nice touch; something like, "abc being torpedoed by the real world...Priceless".

I wonder if they even get the irony of their situation? When they can't choreograph the news, for some odd reason it turns out altogether different than what they would have produced themselves. Delicious is a word that comes to mind.

Sounds like these ladies may be candidates for honorary Texas citizens.

As I read my James Mitchner, La was the jumping off point for the establishmnet of Texas. History may be repeating.

(ps....the Tennessee volunteers who established Texas also entered through LA)
