This is Bloomie just shoring up his re-election bid. NY State is very abortion-happy, clocking in I think at around 100,000 to 110,000 abortions a year. That's NYC's sentiment. Just another decadant immoral city the evil will celebrate and tolerate.....

Bloomberg obviously understands all sorts of transactions. After making his billions providing business information services, he looked around and made a shrewd assessment of what his political affiliation ought to be to guarantee him accession to the mayor's office. The name that popped out of his analysis? Republican. Hence his transmogrification.
To: Soul Seeker
He is not a RINO in any sense. He used Republican primaries to be noticed. The RNC in N.Y. should be ashamed they've allowed it, but his alligiance was never with Republicans. He is a RINO.

Lots of good folks in nyc. Even more self absorbed & provincial types. I grew alienated from nyc and moved away. Best move I ever made.

Why don't we ask what the mayors of Atlanta, Toledo, Memphis, and Oklahoma City think about this? Why does this idiot think anyone cares what his opinion is?

Bloomberg is no Republican. He ran in the Republican primary for purely political reasons-would not have won a Democratic primary.

Bloomberg was a RAT until just before the NYC mayoral race in 2001 So was Giuliani. Rudy switched from RAT to RINO after he lost the RAT primary to Dinkins, IIRC.

Any idiot who claims that Bloopberg is a Republican is really sick in his mind. I will offer prayers for such pea brains.

Bloomie better be careful: people like me may vote for Freddie (Sigfried @ Kaos)Ferrer just to mess things up

I would be interested in knowing what your 'real feelings' are about the politicos whose names you mentioned (sarcasm on) --- while it makes little difference to any of those characters, I totally agree with your findings and opinions
