NO! Nawlins should be an example of the best of the US and capitalism, rise from the ashes..
Many cities have been destroyed by disaster and have come back stronger, San Francisco, Tokyo, Chicago all for example.. the press has played up how bad the city was destroyed, now it is time to show how we grow after trouble, our real test of the fortitude of our way of life!!!
