I love my CIC (GWB) to death - But what I hear is one new Gov't proposal after another after another (at the cost of tax payers) -

Look, like it or not, an American city has been almost totally destroyed. Fixing it will not be free. It is going to cost money, and some of you folks look really silly complaining about the spending. The reality is that this is going to cost all of us big time. Get over it.

Only if YOU allow YOURSELF to cry to "daddy" first when disaster hits home, then it's a problem.
