More like STEAL my money, my children's money and my grandchildren's money. Bush is treating this like reparations without the nationwide impact. He's swallowed whole the idea "racism" is why the people in New Orleans have so many impoverished persons. This speech is a *mess* and it won't do ONE GOOD THING to improve 'race relations'. The 'can do' attitude of Galveston Texas after the 1900 Hurricane which devastated the Island and killed some 6,000 or more people... You rebuild but build higher and better.... It can be done.
