Teams of inspectors general will review all expenditures.

Clear principles - feds will be fully involved with Governors and Mayors who will have primary role for planning for their own future.

Building codes will be changed. As many jobs as possible should go to those in the affected states. Communities must be better and stronger than they were before.

A California judge rules against God, while this President praises Him. The American people will notice this and figure out for themselves which side they're on.

I'm especially glad this President has proposed churches receive some financial support for their mighty efforts, from contributions received by the Bush/Clinton Fund.

"Compassion" is not just a word with this President.

If it's FED Money [taxpayer]...the FEDS will be all over it...the FEDS will put those bozos in prison if the corrupt Lousyana Officials think they'll line their corrupt pockets...they need to look at Enron, etc.

The Feds will have a foothold like never before in corrupt Lousyana. And will have an opportunity to clean up lousyana once and for all. LOL...;o)

Lousyana is all excited for all the monies coming into their state....They need to remember this is not crook 'toon...it's W!!!
