I wish we didnt have to. The fact is that there was alot of Welfare recipients in NO, NO is 67% or so black.
Anybody have the stats??
28% on welfare -- down from 60%+ (according to Bill O'reilly). The Majority of people below the poverty level in the USA are white, not black... African Americans have made significant strides.
