So far, this just looks like The Pentagon took the initiative to destroy them. Which is run by political appointees. Civilian control of the military isn't everything it cracked up to be, when the likes of the Clintonistas are in power.

I just don't believe that someone didn't pass this on to the FBI and THAT is why everything was destroyed. But I believe BUBBA was THEE person in the chain who had them destroyed AFTER Bush won the election.
