Alas, I wish I could take credit for it. It was really Fred Reed who coined the term. You can read Fred at:

I'm amazed that these idiots never realize how most Americans will recoil at their preposterous statements.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Dean never had this flaky reputation when he was governor, did he? It seems all Dems become jackasses whenever they aspire to a national role in the Democratic Party. It even happened to Lieberman, who I think is basically a decent guy - he started sounding like an jerk when he ran for VP, then reverted to normalcy when that was over. I think that Dems are utterly corrupted when they try to appeal to the core Dem base and the demonic spinmeisters at the core of the party.

I wouldn't trust this incompetent, effluent spewing idiot to apply a bandage to a cut.

I agree. I hope the RATS keep him around for a long, long time. Just let him keep running his ignorant mouth.

Yes, if only FEMA had made it to NO with their giant waterproof shields in time, all of those people who weren't evacuated could have been spared...

Hey Howie I say everybody that dies in Vermont is your fault because you stopped being a doctor there. Wait, perhaps the opposite is true: everybody that is alive in Vermont is alive because you stopped being a doctor there.

You're right, I think Dean was considered a pretty reasonable guy when he was Governor of Vermont (though it is a far-left state)..... he became intoxicated with what it took to rile up the far-left moonbats into a lather of rage in the 2003-04 primary campaigns, and he became more and more loony. Now he just panders to the far-left "activist base" of Moveon.org (yes, let's move on, right over the cliff). Lieberman could only get around 5-6% of the Democratic primary votes in 2004, bascically just those who are not total lunatics, so he too may be feeling the pressure to move left with the party. You have to figure that when Jimmy 'Peanut' Carter, Ted 'Swimmer' Kennedy, Joe 'Hair Plug' Biden, and Patrick 'Leaky' Leahy are consider the great "elder statesmen" of your party then sanity has been lost.....

Not surprising coming from Deanie the Weenie. "Blame Bush" mentality is so lame.

This is as sociopathic a statement as I have ever read. IMHO, that is the perfect description of Dean. He has no conscience and no decency. It's all about him and he will do or say anything to self-promote.

Doesn't miss the mark for describing a lot of the far left pols; Hillary, UpChuck, Kennedy, et. al.

Howard Dean's twin brother....

You should be ashamed of yourself! How could you do something so mean and hateful as posting that picture?

Bill Dauterive is a perfectly decent fellow, and a great American. Sullying his image by associating him with the likes of Howard Dean is just plain mean-spirited, and wrong. ;-)

We should be grateful he's not seeing patients; imagine the number of deaths he'd be responsible for.

I think he must have give the calls that came in to Hannity on him during the primaries. I think we never heard them because Vermont is such a small state... heck, look at Patrick Lahey.... he's as nuts as Dean.

My favorite comment was his "when I was governor I had 7 disasters and handled them all perfectly with FEMA."

Can someone, anyone, name even one major disaster in Vermont.

imagine the number of deaths he'd be responsible for.

Wrong.

Only Bush can be responsible for any death anywhere.
