You know, one question that could be posed to Roberts...His wife is a high-powered atty, and a partner in a big DC firm...the firm will have its fingers in most any case that comes before the SC....How is that handled?

Ms. Roberts is co-leader of the firm’s professional development and training program and she is a member of Pillsbury University, which provides professional development opportunities through curriculum of core and specialty programs for lawyers and staff. I was thinking the same thing. There's been a first black justice. A first female justice. Now we could have the first husband-and-wife justices.
