We're talking about a "judge" here. No brains

Carefull there about attacking all judges for the actions of a few. I think we've all seen in hte last few days that one Judge (John Roberts) has a lot of brains.

It occurred to me that a similar argument can be made about the pro-abortion women: You have never been aborted, so your opinion is irrelevent.

Don't be so sure. This judge looks like she might have been aborted, but somehow survived.

I agree, I think Anthony Kennedy will break more left.

I also believe based on Roberts proclaiming the need to respect Roe vs Wade as settled law and precedent, and upholding stare decisis repeatedly when questioned about Roe vs Wade..... I see no inclination on Roberts part to overturn Roe vs Wade. Personally I think Roberts will break left once confirmed to the court.

As I said, if it wasn't for the lives lost these decisions and the timing are things of beauty.

In their zeal to kill as many babies as possible they sow the seeds of their own destruction. Watching the dims try to explain why little Bobby and Susie are banned from saying the Pledge will be priceless. We ought to be able to get Pope Bendict confirmed after these abominations.

Dude, that f'ing brilliant! The arguement could be countered that a child isn't a woman, but if a 12 year old got pregnant, she would not have a choice for an abortion since she is a child and children have no say. If there is an exception for girls being aborted, then under equal protection clause, it would have to be granted to boys as well. Abortion outlawed.

First we're told its unconstitutional to say the Pledge Of Alligence. Then the GOP controlled House votes for a hate crime bill favoring homosexuals. And finally, partial birth abortion is ruled a right and proper act.
