Carefull there about attacking all judges for the actions of a few. I think we've all seen in hte last few days that one Judge (John Roberts) has a lot of brains.
That's all anyone needs to know.

I agree, I think Anthony Kennedy will break more left.
I also believe based on Roberts proclaiming the need to respect Roe vs Wade as settled law and precedent, and upholding stare decisis repeatedly when questioned about Roe vs Wade..... I see no inclination on Roberts part to overturn Roe vs Wade. Personally I think Roberts will break left once confirmed to the court.

The arguement could be countered that a child isn't a woman, but if a 12 year old got pregnant, she would not have a choice for an abortion since she is a child and children have no say. If there is an exception for girls being aborted, then under equal protection clause, it would have to be granted to boys as well. Abortion outlawed.
