End of the Bush Era (Barf Alert)

The Bush Era is over. The sooner politicians in both parties realize that, the better for them -- and the country.

Recent months, and especially the past two weeks, have brought home to a steadily growing majority of Americans the truth that President Bush's government doesn't work. His policies are failing, his approach to leadership is detached and self-indulgent, his way of politics has produced a divided, angry and dysfunctional public square. We dare not go on like this.

Actually, I just finished looking through your posts, and saw that it was another Washington Post article that you had posted, as well as articles from MSNBC, CBS and an article that you posted at DU............all of which I find interesting.

I also read comments that are not left leaning, but one month of posting doesn't prove one thing or the other.

It's telling that you have posted so many liberal articles as a newbie, and it's noteworthy that you don't seem to agree with them.

I apologize for quoting another poster before checking, but I will withhold further opinion until I've seen more proof.

Let me say only that, at this point, you are still highly suspect based solely on your posting history.....

My fearless prediction: This is the last hurrah for the anti-Bush left. They know full well that unless they pull down Bush now, they never will, so they will pull out all the stops. At the end of the slime storm, they will either be left in control, or be discredited forever.

I think the latter is more likely. By this time next year, the President will be more popular than ever, and the Democrats will have been spent as a political force.

I just scrolled through your posts, newbie, and see that you rarely post, so I am honored that you came out of hiding to post your silly vulgarity to me.

I also noticed that way back in November, on Election night, you said "Thank you, ohioans!"

This is just to inform you that this 'strutting blank' is one of the people who worked like crazy to win the state of Ohio for the President.......so you were thanking ME, dear newbie. :)

Perhaps it is because I 'strut' that we succeeded in saving the nation from jFk......hehe.....
