I'll try to fly in this friday and participate, secretary checking on airlines now. Can somebody give a nearby hotel to get reservations?

Always an excuse.

We enjoyed seeing you and meeting the Mrs. Would love to see you both again. I told her it takes awhile to get warmed up to being on the street, but it is FUN once you get used to it.

You're an animal, Bob! I can give you hotels in the northern VA area, but some of the ones I pinged here may have better suggestions for staying up near Silver Spring (near Walter Reed). I've also run a quick Google search on that area for you.
http://www.google.com/local?hl=en&lr=&q=hotels&near=Silver+Spring,+MD&sa=X&oi=localrBut I really don't know that area or the hotels well at all, so hopefully someone else has some more specific recommendations.

ROTFL! Talk about poor timing on AB's enthusastic reply. I wonder if she'll be as enthusiastic when she reaches my post #66?

FR = bravery behind the keyboard. I hear tuff talk here but I've been doing this since 1998. Some I have never seen on the streets where the real fight exists.

Boston and MA is a target rich environment. Get out in the streets there and make a report.

I commend you for your service and bringing the fight to the enemy!! It's sad that an American soldier would identify fellow Americans as "the enemy". It's even more sad that the identification is entirely accurate.
