It's looking good. The Democrats are taking their shots with less vigor than expected, and none of them are hitting their intended target.

And now a word from our real Sponsors of Free Speech

The Men and Women who serve,
and have served, our country
are the ones who make sure that
the Politicans and Judges are free to do their job.

We would not have a US Supreme Court
without the protection of the Military.

Politicans and Judges are safe
because of the Military who protect them.

TEST : Call your Senator or Congressman's office
AFTER 5 PM, or on the weekend.
IF you speak to an actual person, ask who's in charge today?

Now look up the phone number
of your local military base.
Call that number 24/7
and ask the live voice you get
to speak with the person in charge.

PS The US Supreme Court is only "open"
from the 1st Monday of October and typically continue
until late June or early July of each year.

Send a Thank You while you enjoy your Freedom also.

Will You help keep the Candle Lit for our service men and women?
Can you spare a few moments today to either
e-mail them or learn about sending packages to them?
Many of them are away from home for the 1st time.
PLEASE Click on the graphic and help cheer them up.
You will stay right where you are on this thread while you write them.

"It's an open-minded country right now," says Ralph Neas, president of People for the American Way, which opposes Roberts.

How open-minded of him.

Liberals oppose him solely because they are bankrupt in the marketplace of ideas.

They are nothing more than a collage of negativism. So cowardly, they hide behind a screeching Harpy who is furious at her son for defying her, going to fight a war he saw as necessary and getting killed. She has become a certifiable lunatic, aided and abetted by a gaggle of spineless whiners and a MSM devoted to championing the cause of ideologies which continually fail, enslave and destroy individual initiative and morals.

Now, the last bastion of their power is tottering. The almighty court system where their ideas are pushed rather than popularized on a populace is in danger of being turned against them.

And what makes it so sweet? Their arch-nemesis - George W. Bush - will leave a real legacy that will be in front of them for decades.

Pull up a chair and pop a cork. This is the adult version of the melting witch of the West.

I don't even see yet how this is setting up the next nominee ("Janice Rogers Brown" subliminal message "Janice Rogers Brown.")

She is definitely more published and spoken than Judge Roberts, but are they really going to beat up a black woman from the South?

Or perhaps this is the time to nominate a Judge Roberts-like person for the SDO slot. Any out there?

It's obvious the Dims have already lost. They're just putting on a show of beating up on Judge Roberts so the left-wing special interests will continue to pour in the campaign contributions.

If anybody is interested in telling them they're not fooling anybody, here's your list:

A missive of despair from the liberals at Business Weak. The frustration and desperation just oozes out from between the lines. Right now, I'm reminded me of the scene in the movie Aliens where the Marine lieutenant is just sitting paralyzed in shock while the aliens rip his squad to pieces. The Senate Dims are like that hapless LT, while the media is like Ripley shaking him and screaming at him to "DO SOMETHING!!!."

"'Committee Democrats were much less acrimonious than I thought they would be, because a number of chits were used up by their Left-wing interest groups,' says Leonard Leo, an informal adviser to the White House and a chief proponent of Roberts' confirmation."

The man's name is Leo Leo?
