Imagine that so many Americans don't even know that the states and cities have the primary responsibility to take care of their own, and that the federal government should only come in as a safety valve, or in extraordinary circumstances. It's unbelieveable!

How have we managed to become such an UNeducated group of people (don't tell me..........I know. Liberal public education).

Blaming this GOOD man for this tragedy is just unthinkable, and yet the MSM has bullied stupid Americans into believing it.

As an outsider looking in and from the limited knowledge of your system I find it outrageous and amazing that the MSM have managed to pull the wool over the average America's eyes on this one.
