I read New Orleans is bankrupt.

A permanent move would make sense, if my perception is correct that his re-election chances are slim to nil. I wonder, have the Dems given him the heave-ho? Told him to leave town? Maybe they think that'll make it easier to take people's attention off his failures and keep the attention on the fed's failures.
