German sources suggest Bosnia-linked cell preparing new UK attack

Text of report by Udo Ulfkotte entitled "Security circles: Indications of a third London terror cell", published by German news agency ddp on 12 September

September 12, 2005 --Frankfurt am Main: There are indications that the Al-Qa'idah terror organization has an intact network operating in the Balkans. Sources within the Federal Intelligence Service (BND) intimate that both the Madrid terrorists, and some of those who perpetrated the London bombings, had "contacts with Bosnia". These sources told ddp news agency that European intelligence services had "vague indications that another terror cell controlled from Bosnia is preparing a new attack on London".

Not only are the Al-Qa'idah terror group's structures in the Middle East being kept under observation by the intelligence services; but the situation in the Balkans as a whole also "gives cause for concern".

The King Fahd Mosque in Dobrinja, a suburb of Sarajevo, is also described as "a hotbed" of violent extremists. The "Balkans, particularly Bosnia and Kosovo" are said to be "a dangerous breeding-ground, presently under scarcely any observation, for Islamist terrorists". Muslims from Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, and Great Britain are reportedly travelling there to be "fanaticized".

Western security circles report that two young Muslims accidentally blew themselves up in Kosovo recently, when they were trying to test a mobile phone converted into a remote-controlled bomb. The men were said to have been attending a seminar organized by the Revival of Islamic Heritage, which had cooperated in the past with the Afghan Support Committee founded by Usamah Bin-Ladin.

In addition, though the Al Haramain Foundation, accused by the US government of funding terror groups, has been closed down, an organization calling itself Vazir and purportedly dedicated to sport, culture and education is reportedly still operating there. Many such foundations are said to be once again serving as "camouflage for the indoctrination and training of terrorists". Though the mujahidin groups' former training camps in Bosnia have been closed down, military training still continues there, under the guise of "youth camps or sports courses", according to BND circles.

One of the most well-known mujahidin leaders in the Balkans, Abdelkader Mokhtari, also known by the name of Abu El-Maali [names as published], who was said to be implicated in a failed bomb attack on US soldiers in Germany at the end of the 1990s, has now reportedly returned to Bosnia, and to have found a safe bolthole there. The degree to which the Balkans, and particularly Bosnia and Kosovo, have now reverted into travel destinations for Islamist extremists from western Europe is regarded as striking. The case of an incorrupt Serbian policeman, who in June arrested 22-year-old Moroccan Abdelmajid Bouchar [name as published], who was wanted in connection with the March 2004 bomb attacks on Madrid, is cited as an exception.

Case in point - the helicopter pilots: both Strelas and Stingers use passive guidance systems, meaning you don't know you're being targeted until you get a visual on it.

So if you want to believe that Macedonian helicopter pilots could discern a Strela from a Stinger as they whizzed past at Mach whatever, then you're more of a fool than I gave you credit for.

You have been spouting off the ridiculous story that was fabricated by the Clinton Administion justifying us going into the Balkans. This includes the exaggerated tales of mass graves in Kosovo. The only real mass grave that is definite was the one with 22 Serbs in it. Don't give me the lame criteria of 3+ equals a mass grave. Few, if any bodies can be linked to genocide.

The missiles; well, it seems that you have been a busy boy these past couple of days. So, did you call Daddy and get the links or maybe call in a few favors. I know you couldn't come up with it all those yourself.

I am staying with the Stingers story, as it is consistently reported. Granted, I cannot cite the details as to how the Stingers were identified; by observation, photo's, HUMIT, but they were reportedly identified. I will also stand by my own experience with the reports from Bondsteel and the info gleaned from a lie detector test....as I said before. It links with information that MPRI was in Macedonia, and the stingers were brought in from Afghanistan, or even fresh ones provided by us. There are many that have been lost by the U.S. also.......

Sometimes, one has to take a stand no matter what the naysayers come up with in order to discredit the assertion. It is also okay to admit a mistake that is discovered due to additional information surfacing. But this info, should show undeniable proof. The ranting and raving of a perfect lunatic like yourself, who is not even close being a credible source, is not considerable.

****** I love your colorful descriptions. In any case, I've yet to see any backpedaling and this "hole" you keep speaking of. For me, it's a win win situation. The more you write the more I learn because of the research I do to confirm or, put your assertions where they belong, in the "deep 6 file". If you actually bring up some point that shows me wrong or mistaken, good, I learn something. It's a win situation either way.

The site was found following an investigation by the KFOR of killing of 23 men. Families reported the disappearances of men that lived in the same block of Miladin Popovic Street. After seeking witnesses and conducting an investigation, it is reported that four Serbs were arrested and the site was discovered.

The 23 men were supposedly killed on April 14, 1999 and buried in this "mass grave" with five other bodies, to include one woman. Something I find interesting is that they all lived on the same street. Seven bodies were identified on the spot based on the clothing. Now, the OSCE assisted in the collection of ante-mortem data from families of the missing. KFOR collected cloth samples and asked the families to come for identification purposes. On 4 October 1999, 18 bodies were identified and buried on 5 October 1999. So, it took from July to October to identify the remaining bodies and from clothing, no less.....Why did they wait for four months to identify all the bodies that lived on the same street?

Oh, by the way, during the funeral on 5 October, about 200 meters away from the graveyard, Kosovo Albanians attacked Kosovo Serbs in their cars killing one man and injuring ten others. Two of those buried included a former OSCE-KVM local staff.

In Vaganica/Vaganice KFOR detected 50 "FRESH" Graves in the vaganica graveyard. In this one, the villagers said to the OSCE that the UCK may have assisted in the collection and burial of those killed. ICTY worked on the site from September to October, with 37 identifications. Twelve were reported to have been shot or stabbed. At the end of October 17 bodies remained unidentified????

Granted, the paramilitaries conducted operations and were involved in criminal activities. The mass graves were, first of all, nowhere near what the original reports stated prior to the war. Secondly, villagers lied and distorted many reports as in some cases, they were forced by the UCK who exaggerated the numbers and dead. Many dead were the result of NATO bombing, Murdered by KLA members, and yes, some by Serbian paramilitaries. Mass graves were "in some cases" fabricated to look like the Serbs did it. It is not a clear case of mass graves of Albanian victims.

Our wasteful and empty posts today was entertaining, however, I had afternoon entertainment at the local pub to celebrate a pre-St Patricks day event.......which was more important that exchange these time wasting postings. So, I headed out to find the many parties while you more than likely looked for more input to the mass graves issues or missiles or whatever.........Mass graves = holes in the grounds. As you can see, I don't take our postings serious due to the exchanging of personal attacks and the simple minded use of insults which is completely unwarranted. But, this is the way you handle issues so, let's rock......
