Is that how you debate -- toss out several dozen quotes out of context and demand a defense of them? We really hate misleading, out-of-context quoting. Creationists do it so much that many of us have developed a super-amplified distaste for the same.
But it's hard to see how any context can rescue the text of those quotes.

We really hate misleading, out-of-context quoting. But we REALLY hate spamming by gobs of Scriptures that are obviously metaphors; not real truth stuff!
