Precisely. Sadly when, not if, the Palis launch a rocket attack on Israel that draws blood, the retaliation need no longer be "measured" because of additional attacks on the now-abandoned Israeli settlements in Gaza.
The retaliation can now be "massive," and maybe then the Palis will begin to get the message.
