THE THEY is the Army Corp of Engineers. They knew exactly where to blow the levee to be the most effective. LOL...these people are all MUSH BRAINS.
Those people are the GREENS of Louisiana & SHOULD also be held responsible for the levee break. You can't fix that because it would endanger the "rat", blah, blah, blah, bird, blah, blah, blah.
But,but but. That still doen't explain the use of dynamite. Unless the Bush military cuts have been more drastic than reported, this means the Corps of Engineers are now resortign to 19th Century technology. :0
