Inasmuch as there are NOPD cruisers likewise in Houston, driven there by NOPD officers who did NOT return and assist in the emergency, I think any prosecutor alleging "theft" has a serious sanity problem to address. This is not to say that one or more might try to cause that young man grief, but I suspect any such attempt would not only be extremely stupid, but downright hazardous to the prosecutor who attempted it...

What a darn shame. Jabbar Gibson doesn't even come up in
Google news and only a few blogs pull when he is put in a search engine.
Just horrible how the media has not lent him the more than 15 minutes of fame he has earned.
