Louisiana set for an epic legal fight; Battle looms over insurers responsibility...
The facts are that the insurers have ZERO responsibility since they don't cover floods. The reality though is some judges could from the bench make proclamations that insurers should pay just because they are somebody with funds the government and people could suck off of. A tax if you will despite the fact there are no responsibility for the flood, because they wouldn't insure against it.
