Could you tell that she isn't used to being pinned to the wall during a press interview. At the end there, I thought she was going to come out of her chair and punch Wallace.

Did I just hear that she diverted money from the "levee" sytem into jobs? She put that above protection for NO? Or did I hear it wrong?
