Those officials, black and white have taken the taxpayer to the cleaners with one program or another to repair, rebuild and or improve the levee system and the city for decades. Environmentalists have sued and sued again to stop any improvements.

Mr. Kanye, please study some history of the politics of LA and the corruption of levee officials, parish boards and the Landreau - yes, Mr. Kanye a black family - before opening your mouth and swallowing your shoes again.
