He was 'patroling' a street with a shotgun.
His press agent was quick to point out the shotgun was unloaded.

Unloaded? How was he going to stop the bad guys? Harsh language?
To quote a Las Vegas Metro cop I was talking to one time, "What the hell good is an unloaded gun?"

And why does HE get to have one when other residents are having THEIR guns taken?
