Moose's role on Katrina duty different from 'the sniper guy' (Yep, that Chief Moose)

NEW ORLEANS -- Nearly three years have passed since the D.C.-area sniper shootings, but the police chief who pursued the snipers until their capture is still a well-recognized personality -- even in the face of disaster. "Hey, it's the sniper guy," is a common remark, no matter where former Montgomery County Police Chief Charles A. Moose goes on duty in this city as an Air National Guard officer. Maj. Moose said yesterday he has a clearly defined role in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina -- organize the Guard's security response in New Orleans.

Off the top of my head, he:
a)ordered his officers to only search for whites during the sniper hunt.(because only whites are serial killers etc)
b)threatened to sue a hotel for race discrimination after they checked his room key.
c)spent his work time after the sniper hunt writing a book.
d)sued Montgomery County when they said that profiting from his police job was a breach of ethics.
d)allegedly extorted money from Portland after his wife made a sexual harassment claim.

Moose's wife, a white left wing lawyer, will be suing every news out for lying about blacks looting in Oregon. She says her husband, the Moose has corrected those dangerous lies with the following:

Moose has issued an alert for all white vans driven by evil white guys south of the Mason Dixie line. Moose had intel from Je$$ie HiJack$on and Rev $harpton that all the looting was done by evil white guys driving white vans. GW issued those looting orders after Karl Rove told him to. The looting enabled Halliburton to make more money.
