Yep. And while she broke no laws, I left out the Fifth Amendment which states:
nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. So, the "law enforcement", which I have been informed were CHP, violated the 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 14th amendments to our Constitution. She was in her own home.
