The courts in New Orleans are all flooded out. Where did these systers (excuse me, lawyers for CNN) find a court house to file and a judge to sign this nonsense -- WHO HAD JURSIDICTION OVER THAT CITY? Some serious, bigoted judge shopping seems to have occurred.

I need to see what judge, located where, wrote what, with what parties before the court. It smells like legal sewage to me, but I need the particulars to be sure.
