Whimpering. We left that out.

I wonder how they justified this corpse exposure to the judge.

As far as I'm concerned, this is legal bullsh*t. But I won't be able to take it apart brick by brick until I see the actual documents.

So a judge will allow reporters to come along, on first ammendment grounds, while the police round up people's firearms, on a lack of second ammendment grounds. Hmmm.

Basically it's called documentation. And we as US citizens should demand that. Wouldn't be a bad idea to show the dead returning to Dover AFB either.

If CNN thought that Americans deserve to see the morbidity of this, why didn't they feel that way about the pics of Americans falling to their death out of the windows of the WTC?Because they didn't think of blaming Bush for the WTC for several months after it happened. They thought of blaming Bush for Katrina before it even made landfall.
They will use the bodies to make him look bad. They are monsters. Period.

Autopsies are documented every day, in explicit detail. Do you believe that CNN has a first amendment right to publish those photographs and video?
If you believe that they should, please let us know how many post mortems and autopsies you have been witness to.
To: RTINSC
There have already been pics of dead people posted.
I think the NOPD doesnt want the people to know how many were murdered in the rioting and looting.

I wonder how they justified this corpse exposure to the judge.Perhaps CNN used the same "tastefully blur the corpse's face" argument that some asinine people around here were rationalizing to feed their base desires.

It is funny how they choose to pick and choose which amendments they should pursue with lawsuits. At least the locals have been consistent. They are seizing firearms and trying to deny first admendment rights.
But, the media only sees fit to sue over what oppresses them.

They didn't want to show what the terrorists did, that's why.

Not getting the 20-30 thousand body count they were hoping for. Shock Value is what they are searching for. Shock value to use against Bush. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but in CNN's case a picture of a bloated dead body is worth a thousand bodies, a child, ten thousand.

I think you hit on a good point. Such as several reports about a 7yo girl killed at the Superdome, then the NOPD reports yesterday that no dead children were found there.
To: uncitizen
The media and the left are so profoundly against Bush that they support terrorism.
Just ask Cindy Sheehan.
