I have a question why does he not take his child / ren out of school and home school.

That is the exact statement made by many on the other side, the ones who talk about "inclusive" schools and "welcoming all children" (see the article about the rally). These are PUBLIC schools that are financed by TAXPAYER dollars (including David Parker's). What the rest of the country doesn't realize is that this is a historic occasion where on the hallowed grounds of Lexington, MA, birthplace of American liberty, new patriots are taking a stand against this new tyranny foisted on parents and kids by those who would use the schools to foist their own views on everyone. All David Parker asked for was the notification and option to shield his child from discussions of sexuality, which just so happens to be the law. Not everyone can home school or put their kids in private school. More than that, people need to fight back, for their kids sakes, and for ALL kids. There are so many uninformed people on the sidelines that take for truth what they read in the papers or see/hear in the media.

We must fight for our rights:

help support the fight! Or it will be on your doorstep next.

I understand the fight. My husband and I were threatened, some one tried to burn our home down. I get it.
I am concerned over a kindergartner.
If the law says he can opt out his child, then I feel like I am not getting all the information.
If David is being belligerent and disruptive at these meetings (I am not saying he is), the school district will call in the authorities. I saw it done at my school board meetings. We found a local attorny to represent our cause, pro bono. It is very difficult to not be a screaming maniac when these school boards and administrators are such idiots but if thats the case they will not listen to you.
The Japanese have a great saying, "the first one to raise their voice has lost the argument'". It does his cause no good if he is not permitted to attend the meetings or see his child / ren teacher.

David Parker should get an attorney who will sue on behalf of his child. His/Her rights are being violated.
