LOL! Nobody in NO starved to death.Plenty of them died of dehydration.
Many were diabetic and needed food to avoid going into insulin shock.

Let's see some links for all these deaths from dehydration. I've heard of a few critical patients in hospitals dying and some abandoned nursing home residents but not healthy people dying as your saying.
